Who is Netsu

Hello,

I’m Pietro Riccio, the founder and driving force behind Netsu.

Based in the lovely Edinburgh, UK, I am a certified Magento/Adobe Commerce Professional Practitioner with experience in WooCommerce and Shopify. I’ve had the privilege of working with e-commerce merchants and agencies in the UK and internationally.

Why we do what we do?

Many small businesses share a common challenge: they are eager to sell online but they lack specialist e-commerce knowledge. Even when working with digital agencies, SMBs might be unable to provide clarity and guidance. This often leads to frustration.

Netsu was born to address this gap by offering unfiltered e-commerce expertise and support, and integrating seamlessly into SMBs’ teams, to help them reach their digital sales objectives.
